The GM oversees staff, ensures hospitality standards, DOT compliance, and governs safety, security, and guest service while managing budget and profit metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in a management position with direct supervisory experience.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to develop budgets and monitor performance.
• Ability to manage DOT compliance for shuttles and related operations.
• Willing to work a Monday-Friday schedule (Days).

Responsibilities

• Oversees facility condition and appearance.
• Monitors staff performance and ensures prompt attendance.
• Interviews, hires, and trains employees.

The General Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a facility.
