The Parking Spot in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Supervisor on a full-time basis to support management and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will oversee staff, monitor facility safety and cleanliness, and coordinate shift coverage. Leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential; experience with Excel and Word is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising a team preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English clearly for public interaction.
• Valid licenses/badges to operate a commercial vehicle may be required.

• Report vehicle accidents or injuries to management promptly.
• Audit daily work of staff and fill shifts as needed.
