The Parking Spot is hiring an Area Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple near-airport parking locations. You will supervise General Managers, ensure safety and service standards, and drive performance in a region with a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in a management position with direct supervisory experience.
• Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule.
• Excellent English communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations for 2–3 properties in a region.
• Supervises General Managers and staff at assigned lots.
• Interviews, hires, and trains employees for their roles.
• Maintains DOT compliance for shuttles and vehicle safety.
• Manages budget and controls expenses across properties.
• Directs communication with Regional VP and Corporate teams.
