Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a Supervisory team member for the 2nd Shift at our East Point location. This full-time role supports management, leads guest-facing staff, and ensures smooth operation with a focus on safety and service quality.

Responsibilities include supervising Parking Guest Attendants and Shuttle Drivers, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring compliance with regulations. We offer an Employee Ownership Program, weekly pay, and opportunities for bonus and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent; some college is preferred.
• Must maintain a satisfactory driving record and hold applicable licenses/badges to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process (airport/DOT/state requirements).
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to interact with the public and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees perform their duties as required.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety of vehicles, guests, and employees; report incidents.
• Audit daily work of PGAs and Shuttle Drivers.
• Fill shifts or cover shifts as needed; contact teammates for scheduling.
• Comply with regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
• Perform frontline roles (PGAs, Shuttle Driver) as requested.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned by management.
