Job summary

Fetch seeks a General Manager to elevate its agency sales presence, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. You will lead a team of individual contributors and scale Fetch’s agency vertical with holding companies and independents.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct sales management experience, with past experience managing managers.
• Direct experience leading agency development or agency-facing sales teams.
• Experience selling to major agencies and senior marketing, media, and executive contacts.
• Proven ability to set GTM strategy and scale revenue.

Responsibilities

• Partner with exec and sales leadership on go-to-market strategies and quotas.
• Lead and mentor your growing sales team and agency partners.
• Attend conferences and engage with prospective agency clients.
• Translate market needs into scalable product offerings and value propositions.
• Leverage data to demonstrate Fetch’s impact to brand partners.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and legal on contracts and deals.
