Job summary

Domino's of Lancaster on N Bluegrove Rd is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards, and motivate a team in a fast-paced pizza restaurant.

You will manage store performance, control costs, ensure food safety, recruit and develop staff, and deliver Best in Class customer service while driving sales and guest satisfaction. This is an on-site Lancaster, TX role with emphasis on teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
