Job summary

Domino's of Lancaster is seeking a capable assistant to the General Manager to help run daily store operations, uphold standards, and deliver great guest service.

You will supervise employees, interview and onboard new team members, count inventory, and ensure cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
