Job summary

Vape City is seeking a General Manager to oversee district operations across multiple stores in Texas. You’ll lead District Managers, ensure adherence to company standards, and drive performance across districts.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic scheduling, and effective communications to meet goals and maintain operational excellence. Must be comfortable coordinating across multiple districts in a full-time, 50+ hours/week schedule.

• Hold regular conferences with Operations Management to address issues, goals, and results.
• Drive district-wide sales performance and hold teams accountable to targets.
• Report maintenance issues and service outages promptly and ensure follow-through.
• Escalate HR or operational concerns when necessary.

Overview

General Managers oversee all District Managers (covering every stores) and are responsible for ensuring all districts meet company standards, performance goals, and communication expectations.
