Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic leader who can execute independently while maintaining operational efficiency. As General Manager at Eden Workplace, you will be responsible for managing the sales, account management, and product management functions while maintaining costs to drive profitability for the organization. This is a unique, multifaceted role for someone who is ready to be hands on to grow the business ––you will lead sales calls, work directly with customers, and drive the product roadmap ––all with a small operational team. You will report directly into Eden’s Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire sales funnel from nurturing inbound leads to closing new opportunities
• Run outbound efforts to generate qualified leads
• Manage and optimize the account management function to drive customer retention and growth
• Monitor and improve key metrics including churn rate and net revenue retention

Product Management

• Use customer and prospect feedback and market trends to create and manage the product roadmap
• Manage the engineering team to ensure delivery of high impact, high quality features
• Track product adoption and feature utilization across the customer base

Strategic Leadership

• Report directly to the board on organizational performance, challenges, and opportunities
• Understand spend and find ways to optimize operations to achieve cash flow targets
• Evaluate marketing funnel to make informed decisions on spend and SEO strategies

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 4+ years of experience in technology or SaaS companies
• Proven track record of driving business growth and hitting revenue targets
• Strong background in either sales, account management, or product management with demonstrated ability to oversee all three functions
• Prior experience managing contractors and/or full time/part time employees
