Position Overview:

Brainreader is seeking a skilled and proactive General Manager to oversee and coordinate all administrative operations. This pivotal role involves managing internal workflows while overseeing external partners in finance, HR, regulatory compliance, and marketing. Additionally, the General Manager will supervise sales representatives, ensuring accurate and effective CRM reporting. Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and supporting Brainreader’s ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administration & Operations:
  2. Manage internal office operations and administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  3. Coordinate with outsourced partners to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
  4. Oversee procurement activities and build/maintain supplier relationships.
  1. Finance Oversight:
  2. Manage relationships with outsourced finance and accounting providers to ensure accurate bookkeeping, budget monitoring, and financial reporting.
  3. Track cash flow and provide regular financial summaries to the CEO.
  4. Collaborate with external HR partners to handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
  5. Ensure HR practices and policies remain compliant with labor laws and company standards.
  1. Marketing & Sales:
  2. Coordinate with outsourced marketing agencies to develop and implement campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  3. Monitor campaign performance and report key outcomes to the CEO.
  4. Supervise and support sales representatives to ensure performance targets are met.
  5. Oversee the use of the CRM system to ensure accurate, up-to-date tracking of sales activities and pipelines at MRI sites.
  6. Analyze sales data and present actionable insights to the CEO.
  1. Reporting & Leadership:
  2. Deliver regular performance reports covering finance, HR, sales, and marketing to the CEO.
  3. Support the CEO with preparation of materials for investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
  4. Foster a positive, collaborative internal culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general management, operations, or administration, preferably in a startup, healthcare, or technology environment.
  • Strong experience working with and managing external service providers (finance, HR, regulatory, marketing).
  • Experience in sales team supervision and CRM oversight is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/business management platforms.
  • High integrity, flexibility, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to travel as required for business meetings.
