Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in Shallotte, NC is seeking a General Manager with hands-on leadership to drive restaurant performance and guest satisfaction. The role offers base salary $75,000–$90,000 per year, with potential bonuses tied to top-line sales growth, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and STD.

Typical shifts are 8am-8pm or 11am-11pm across a 5-day week. Strong drive-thru experience, excellent communication, and the ability to lead by example

General Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:

General Manager Qualifications:

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive-thru.
• Hands-on style of leadership
• Upbeat personality
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance
• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground

Note- this is a 5-day week, requiring Fri/Sat/Sun & most shifts are 8a-8p or 11a-11p. If you are tired of not getting days off or working crazy late nights- let's talk!
