Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in North Carolina is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive sales. You will manage shifts, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers top pay in the market, a robust benefits package, two to three weeks PTO, and strong bonus potential based on sales growth. This is a full-time on-site position with Fri/Sat/Sun shifts typical.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant operations, with drive-thru experience preferred.
• Hands-on management style with strong communication and professional appearance.

• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work Fri/Sat/Sun nights; 5-day work week.

Responsibilities

General Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:

• Top pay in the market, base salary $75K-$90K per year
• The latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri/Sat

General Manager Qualifications:

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive-thru.
• Hands-on style of leadership
• Upbeat personality
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance
• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground
