Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a General Manager in Greensboro, NC to lead daily restaurant operations and drive top-line sales. The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on delivering high-quality food, value, and customer service.

Compensation includes base salary and strong bonus potential, with a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off. Shifts include late nights and weekends as part of a 5-day work week.

General Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:

• Top pay in the market, base salary $75K-$90K per year
• The latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri/Sat
• Robust benefits package with M/D/V/401k/STD
• Three weeks of paid time off in the first year!
• Huge monthly bonus potential based primarily on top-line sales growth

General Manager Qualifications:

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive-thru.
• Hands-on style of leadership
• Upbeat personality
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance
• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground

Note- this is a 5-day week, requiring Fri/Sat/Sun & most shifts are 8a-8p or 11a-11p. If you are tired of not getting days off or working crazy late nights- let's talk!
