Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in Siler City, NC is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and grow sales.

Compensation includes a base salary of $75-$90K per year plus strong bonus potential, robust benefits (M/D/V, 401k, STD) and three weeks of paid time off in year one.

The role is a 5-day week with Fri/Sat/Sun and long shifts; other roles such as hourly management with flexible scheduling are also available.
