Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking General Manager candidates with strong leadership in quick-service restaurants. The role offers base pay of $75,000–$90,000 per year, with substantial bonus potential tied to sales growth and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and short-term disability.

The position requires hands-on leadership, drive-thru experience, upbeat personality, and excellent communication.

General Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:
