Zunzibar is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead a high-volume, upscale casual restaurant. You will build culture, coach managers, drive operational excellence, and create an environment where guests and team members want to return.

Lead all restaurant operations with focus on hospitality, P&L, labor, COGS, and profitability; recruit and mentor a top management team; uphold cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience; partner with senior leadership on company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of successful restaurant management in upscale casual settings.
• Proven track record of developing managers and building engaged teams.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, labor, COGS, and inventory controls.
• Hands-on leader with visible approach and commitment to operational excellence.
