Benihana - Monterey is seeking a General Manager to drive daily operations, mentor a team, and uphold our brand standards in a lively, high-energy restaurant.

You will lead operations with focus on guest satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining high-energy hospitality that defines the Benihana experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, full-service dining (steakhouse or upscale dining preferred).
• Proven track record of driving sales, managing budgets, and leading successful teams.
• Strong business acumen, financial expertise, and decision-making skills.

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of leadership experience inhigh-volume, full-service dining (steakhouse or upscale dining preferred)

A proven track record of driving sales, managing budgets, and leadingsuccessful teams

Strong business acumen, financial expertise, and decision-making skills

A passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and high-energy environments

Tech-savvy with experience in restaurantPOS systems (MICROS, Aloha, OpenTable, etc.)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant atmosphere
