Pembroke & Co. is seeking a Restaurant Store Manager to lead daily operations for a renowned QSR brand in Royersford, PA. This hands-on role blends leadership, guest service, and business performance to drive results each day.

You will manage staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling while maintaining brand standards, food safety, and a guest-first culture. The position supports growth opportunities within a growing portfolio; relocation is considered, and Sundays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Experience managing a QSR or restaurant (required).
• ServSafe Certification (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills with confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
• Basic math, problem-solving and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members.
• Build a positive, accountable team culture.
• Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns.

Position Overview

Supporting a renowned QSR brand, the Restaurant Store Manager role blends hands-on leadership, daily operations, and business performance – giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day.

This position entails a 5.5 day work week, with Sundays being required. The brand's peak hours are during lunch & dinner. There are growth opportunities within 1-year of employment as the portfolio continues to grow. Candidates who need to relocate will be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership
