Pembroke & Co., Inc. in Perry Hall, MD, is seeking a Restaurant Store Manager to blend hands-on leadership with daily operations and business performance.

In a 5.5 day work week with Sundays required, you will hire, train, and coach team members; deliver guest-first service; manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and basic reporting; and drive local sales and cost controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing a QSR/restaurant is required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with confidentiality awareness.

Position Overview

Supporting a renowned QSR brand, the Restaurant Store Manager role blends hands‑on leadership, daily operations, and business performance – giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day.
This position entails a 5.5 day work week, with Sundays being required. The brand's peak hours are in the morning and early afternoon.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members
• Build a positive, accountable team culture
• Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns

Operations & Guest Experience

• Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service
• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety
• Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently

Business & Financial Performance

• Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts
• Control labor, food costs, and cash handling
• Review performance and take action to improve results

Administrative & Operational Support

• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
• Forecast staffing and business needs
• Complete basic reporting and admin tasks
