Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group in Richardson, TX seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead the full property, guest experience, team engagement, financial performance, and brand excellence. You’ll set the tone, build the culture, and guide a team proud to wear the logo.

You’ll drive daily operations, own the P&L, budgets, and profitability strategy, and partner with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams to elevate performance.

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager (or strong AGM ready for the next step)
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance
