Homewood Suites - Agoura Hills in Malibu Junction, CA is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead daily operations with a hands-on, people-first approach. You’ll own the guest experience, drive revenue, and ensure brand standards are met.

You’ll coach department leaders, manage the budget and forecasts, partner with Sales and Revenue teams, and be visible on the floor. The role demands calm under pressure and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar role.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance.
• Leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and pride.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations with a hands-on, people-first approach.
