Job summary

Homewood Suites - Lubbock is seeking a Hotel General Manager to oversee the full operation of the property, prioritizing guest experience, staff engagement, and brand standards. You will lead daily operations, model service excellence, and drive performance on the floor and in meetings.

You’ll own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy while building a high-performing team through coaching and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager (or strong AGM ready for the next step).
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance.
