Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim Schools in Raleigh is seeking a General Manager to lead our school and ensure world-class lessons and service. You’ll oversee operations, staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgets while maintaining facility standards.

You’ll recruit and coach staff, drive sales, manage leads, and create exceptional family experiences in a welcoming environment that reflects Aqua-Tots values.
