Overview

General Manager – Aqua-Tots Swim School (Swim School Manager, Operations Manager)

Location: Frisco, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $48,000-$52,000

Schedule: Flexible availability required, including afternoons/evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the school and season.

This role leads team development, customer experience, sales growth, and daily swim school operations to ensure families receive world-class swim lessons in a safe and welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Team – Recruit, coach, and inspire staff to deliver consistent, high-quality lessons in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.
• Create Excellent Family Experiences – Ensure strong customer service, smooth scheduling, and solutions to any issues.
• Drive Sales & Growth – Manage sales goals, track leads, and engage families to grow the school.
• Maintain Facility Standards – Ensure the pool, lobby, and facility meet Aqua-Tots brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance.
• Oversee Operations – Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgets while keeping operations running smoothly.
• Partner for Success – Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Operations Team to ensure excellence across all areas of the school.

What We’re Looking For
