Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations in Phoenix, AZ. This role drives exceptional guest service, mentors staff, and manages budgets to achieve profitability and high quality standards.

You will recruit, train, and coach teams, ensure service excellence, and implement operating plans aligned with company goals. A bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is preferred, with at least three years of supervisory experience in hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Hotel experience preferred.
