Job summary

Drury Hotels in Louisville, KY is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee all hotel departments, delivering exceptional guest service and driving profitability.

You will train and coach team members, model QA practices, and work to meet quality, service and financial targets.

Bachelor's in hospitality or related field preferred; a minimum of one year supervisory experience; hotel experience preferred.
