Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Leader in Greensboro to guide all departments and elevate guest service. You will recruit, train, and coach teams to achieve strong performance across quality, profitability, and service benchmarks.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field and at least three years of supervisory leadership. A strong focus on people development and budget-conscious operations is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Experience in hotel operations is a plus.
