• Leads a team of Department Managers, guiding them in setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to improve their departments.
• Possibly hires and develops Department and Shift Managers to build a capable future team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 (for corporate-owned and operated restaurants).
