Buona is seeking a GM-in-Training to develop future General Managers. The Managing Partner Program offers a path to ownership, profit‑sharing, and long‑term leadership within the Buona organization.

You will lead 10+ team members per shift, manage budgets, payroll, revenue forecasting, and staff development. The role pays $65,000–$85,000 annually in Orland Park, IL, with medical, 401(k) matching, quarterly bonuses, PTO, and a family‑oriented culture.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000/annually
