Beyond Catering in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a General Manager in Training (GMIT) to develop future General Managers and prepare for ownership paths via the Managing Partner Program. The role emphasizes leading a sizable shifts team, driving sales growth, and implementing comprehensive operational strategies.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000/annually

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets

Qualifications and Skills:
