Buona Organization's GMIT role in Oak Lawn, IL is designed to groom tomorrow's General Managers. The path includes a Managing Partner Program offering deeper ownership, profit-sharing opportunities, and long-term leadership within the Buona family.

You will lead store operations, manage budgets, guide a team, and implement advertising, HR and training materials to drive growth while maintaining our balanced, family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Leads 10+ team members per shift
• Works with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
• Understands restaurant practices, concepts and procedures
• Demonstrates strong administrative and organizational skills
• Exhibits leadership and effective communication

Responsibilities

• Manage and control direct expenses
• Direct labor and food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts and other expenses

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000/annually

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets
• Recognize all revenue areas & development strategies to impact sales
• Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans, and HR and training materials
• Manage and control direct expenses
• Direct labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses
• Selection, retention, supervision, and training of all employees
• Conduct quarterly reviews
• Adhere to established training programs
• Determine advancement/termination
• Develop employees into shift managers
• Provide guidance to our talented & motivated team and lead them toward success

• Enforce policies, procedures, and controls

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to lead 10+ team members per shift
