StaffedUp is seeking an Experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, staff development, and guest service at two Missouri locations: Cooper's American Pub & Grill in St. Peters and Irma Jean's in Florissant. You will drive performance in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and a focus on food safety and customer satisfaction. Open availability with weekends and holidays is expected; ServSafe certification

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements.
• ServSafe certification preferred; willing to obtain certification if not currently certified.
• Open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

COMPENSATION:

$38,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience, location, and responsibilities.

POSITION:

Full-time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous restaurant management experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification or another accredited Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification preferred; must be willing to obtain required certification if not currently certified
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Friday: 11 AM–1:30 AM
• Saturday: 11 AM–1:30 AM
• Sunday: 11:30 AM–12 AM

Some shifts may require availability before or after normal operating hours.
