Responsibilities

As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the restaurant's daily success. You'll set the standard for the guest experience, develop your leadership team, and ensure the operation runs smoothly while maintaining the highest expectations for quality and service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Directing all front-of-house activities and ensuring the team delivers polished, attentive, and personalized service.
• Building a strong management team through hands-on coaching, accountability, and professional development.
• Cultivating relationships with regular guests and VIP clientele while ensuring every guest feels valued.
• Partnering with the Executive Chef to create a cohesive experience that brings together exceptional cuisine and outstanding service.
• Managing staffing, scheduling, and labor deployment to support both business demands and service expectations.
• Taking an active role in financial performance, identifying ways to strengthen revenue and manage expenses effectively.
• Establishing a culture of continuous improvement through team training, communication, and consistent leadership.

• Working with senior leadership to evaluate results, address challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in upscale fine dining, luxury restaurants, or Michelin-recognized establishments.
• Previous experience leading a restaurant as a General Manager, Director, or similar senior-level operator is preferred.
• A track record of developing strong teams and maintaining high standards in demanding dining environments.
• A sophisticated understanding of food, wine, spirits, and elevated guest service.
• Experience overseeing restaurant financials, labor costs, and day-to-day business performance.
• The ability to lead with professionalism, make sound decisions under pressure, and earn the respect of your team.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with guests, employees, and senior leadership.
• A hands-on management style and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
