Qualifications

• 3+ years as General Manager
• Self-motivated and autonomous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and highly efficient with time management
• Successful history of P&L management
• $10M+ sales experience
• Solid understanding of independent restaurant management
• High business acumen

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, evaluate and reward FOH staff and assist Chef with BOH employees
• Set and maintain extremely high service standards
• Build rapport with guests and ensure an organic, enjoyable and memorable experience
• Attend and perform weekly Manager meetings
• Set clear expectations for the team and hold them accountable to meet and exceed high standards
• Entrepreneurial in all endeavors with a view of increasing sales and guest satisfaction
