Morgan Tanner & Associates is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the Austin, TX market for a rapidly expanding residential service client. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and develop a strong management team while coordinating field operations with corporate goals.

The role emphasizes owning the P&L, expanding regional performance, and recruiting/coaching sales and production teams. A five-year minimum in regional/general/branch management within service industries is

We are working with a rapidly expanding residential service company.

Our client is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead their team in their Austin, TX market. This position will focus on growing sales and profits while developing a management team and field professionals.

Requirements include a minimum of five years' Region, General, or Branch Management experience in a service-related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, restoration or mitigation or catastrophe, plumbing, HVAC, and other related fields.
