Morgan Tanner & Associates is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the Austin, TX market for a rapidly expanding residential service client. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and develop a strong management team while coordinating field operations with corporate goals.

The role emphasizes owning the P&L, expanding regional performance, and recruiting/coaching sales and production teams. A five-year minimum in regional/general/branch management within service industries is

• Minimum of five years' regional, general, or branch management experience in a service-related industry.
• Experience growing sales and profits and developing management teams.
• Ability to recruit sales and production teams using active recruiting methods.
• Experience coaching and developing sales and service teams.
• Manage full P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibilities.
• Develop plans and strategies to improve the regional performance.
• Increase market presence through innovative sales techniques.
• Recruit sales and production teams using active recruiting methods.
• Coach and develop sales & service team using hands-on training methods.
• Monitor and review performance standards weekly with sales & service teams.
• Grow customer sales base in residential and commercial markets.
• Work as a liaison with various Home Office representatives.
• Create goals and objectives for the Management team to assume added responsibilities.
• Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved.
