• Strong background in scheduling, routing, workforce planning, and daily operations.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, training, and developing employees.
• Proven ability to manage productivity, labor, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable using systems, reporting, and KPIs to drive performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop Teams

• Hire, train, coach, and develop field technicians

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technicians or field employees

Preferred Qualifications
