Villa Sport is seeking a General Manager to lead all facets of gym operations and drive revenue growth at our Meridian, Idaho location. The role requires strategic leadership, staff management, and a focus on exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of facility operations and company standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems.
• Proficient in the use of software programs utilized at the facility.
• Ability and experience in motivating and managing a staff of employees.
• Track record of personal production and leadership in production meetings.
• Understanding of sales reporting and how it drives performance.
