Villa Sport is seeking a General Manager to oversee all facets of gym operations and revenue generation at the Boise club. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a proven ability to manage a team effectively while delivering exceptional member experiences.

The GM will lead production meetings, drive sales performance, and ensure adherence to company policies. Excellent communication and programmatic oversight are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Possess a thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems.
• Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility.
• Ability and experience in effectively motivating and managing a staff of employees.
• Achieve a successful track record of personal production.
• Successfully demonstrate leadership of effectively running production meetings.
• Demonstrate understanding of the sales reporting and content in regard to affecting positive change in challenging performance areas.
• Possess complete understanding of the GM position description and compensation plan.
• Thorough understanding of all company policies and procedures.
