Job summary

Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa is seeking a General Manager to oversee a high-volume, premium club with over 3,000 memberships. You will lead operations, sales, fitness, aquatics, and VillaKids while delivering five-star service to members and guests.

The role emphasizes developing a high-performance culture, budgeting, strategic planning, and building a spotless, well-run facility. A college degree is required, with First Aid/CPR and alcohol server certifications within stated timeframes.
