Job summary

SRG, a Wendy's franchisee, seeks a General Manager to lead our high-volume restaurant in Leesburg, FL. You will drive daily operations, team growth, and customer-focused results, embodying our values of service, results, and gratitude.

The GM will manage staff schedules, hire and train, coach for performance, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Expect growth, recognition, and a strong promotion path.

Qualifications

• 2+ years GM experience in high-volume food service.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, and train crew.
• Coach and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure food safety and health standards.
• Drive sales growth and staff development.
• Maintain equipment and facility standards.
• Ensure compliance with health inspections.

• 2 years+ General Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)
• No More than 3 Jobs in the last 5 Years
• Flexibility to work an 11 Point Schedule which includes various shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans
• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - People Smart
