Job summary

Wendy's Company SRG franchise seeks a servant leader General Manager to drive daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting. You will manage staff schedules, hire and train, and ensure food safety and standards while delivering a superior guest experience.

You will coach and develop the team, uphold values of service and gratitude, and promote growth for people and the business. Flexible shifts and valid DL required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years GM experience in high-volume food service.
• Ability to interview, hire, train and lead staff.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and maintain standards.

• 2 years+ General Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)
• No More than 3 Jobs in the last 5 Years
• Flexibility to work an 11 Point Schedule which includes various shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans
• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - People Smart
