Job summary

Wendy's Company in Birmingham, AL is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive growth in people and sales. You will oversee coaching, scheduling, interviewing and training while ensuring health and safety standards are met.

The role requires 2+ years of GM experience in high-volume food service, a strong focus on people development, and the ability to manage operations with integrity and drive.

• 2 years+ General Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)
• No More than 3 Jobs in the last 5 Years
• Flexibility to work an 11 Point Schedule which includes various shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans
• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
