Job summary

Wendy's Company SRG, a franchisee of Wendy's, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a growth mindset and a focus on people development and customer service.

You will supervise staff scheduling, interview, hire, and train team members, coach performance, ensure food safety and facility standards, and drive health inspections while promoting a purpose-driven culture and recognized rewards for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years GM experience in high-volume food service.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; valid DL and transportation.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work an 11-point schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated coaching and development of staff.

• 2 years+ General Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)
• No More than 3 Jobs in the last 5 Years
• Flexibility to work an 11 Point Schedule which includes various shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans
• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
