Job summary

Wendy's Company is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume location in the United States. As a servant leader, you will drive growth by developing people, managing daily operations, and upholding safety and quality standards.

You will interview, hire, and train staff, create schedules, coach teams, and ensure excellent service. A HS diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license and a record of reliability.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ General Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Interview, hire, and train staff and oversee coaching and development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards and quality.
• Create and manage staff schedules and staffing levels.
• Interview, hire, and train crew and management staff.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Maintain health and safety inspections and standards.

• No More than 3 Jobs in the last 5 Years
• Flexibility to work an 11 Point Schedule which includes various shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans
• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
