Job summary

Beyond Catering is seeking a GMIT to develop future General Managers and to provide a pathway to deeper ownership through our Managing Partner Program. The role focuses on leadership, sales growth, budgeting, payroll, and forecasting, while enforcing restaurant best practices and a culture that values teamwork.

You will guide staff, control expenses, conduct reviews, and train managers to progress into shift leadership, sustaining our strong family-like workplace.

Qualifications

• Lead 10+ team members per shift.
• Manage budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures.
• Excellent administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Determine advancement/termination.
• Develop employees into shift managers.
• Provide guidance to our talented and motivated team and lead them toward success.

$65,000 - $85,000/annually
