Beyond Catering is seeking a General Manager in the GMIT track to develop future General Managers and lead a high-performing team in a busy restaurant environment. The Managing Partner Program provides a path to ownership, profit sharing, and long-term leadership opportunities within the Buona organization.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and implementing effective marketing and HR practices while fostering a family-oriented company culture.

Qualifications

• Lead 10+ team members per shift.
• Work with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures.
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans, and HR and training materials
• Manage and control direct expenses
• Direct labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses
• Selection, retention, supervision, and training of all employees
• Conduct quarterly reviews
• Adhere to established training programs
• Determine advancement/termination
• Develop employees into shift managers
• Provide guidance to our talented & motivated team and lead them toward success
• Embrace our balanced corporate structure and strong, family-culture
• Enforce policies, procedures, and controls

$65,000 - $85,000/annually
