Job summary

Mendocino Farms in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team of friendly foodies on a full-time, onsite basis. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, manage scheduling, ordering and inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction.

With 1+ years in high-volume restaurant management, you’ll drive performance, build relationships with guests and team, and contribute to a growing, happiness-driven brand that rewards growth and development.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills to develop the team.
• Organized, deadline-driven, results-focused.
• Willingness to master every position before teaching others.
• Ability to build relationships with guests and team members.
• Humility and eagerness to learn in a growing restaurant group.
• Experience managing a large team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable in the kitchen; ordering and inventory management.

$65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience

Competitive Pay:
