Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver legendary guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will drive local marketing initiatives, manage the P&L, and ensure top performance across the management team.

You will oversee training, engagement, and development of staff, with responsibility for community outreach and fundraising activities, while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
