Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. seeks a General Manager to lead the restaurant team, drive guest experiences and oversee local marketing, and ensure strong profitability through effective training and performance management.

The candidate will oversee labor compliance, food safety, alcohol service, safety systems, and computer operations while guiding performance, engagement and fundraising activities. All backgrounds welcome.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements.
• Ability to train and develop a team and manage others.

As a General Manager, you will be the expert in creating legendary experiences for guests. From local restaurant marketing to Profit and Loss statement results, you will ensure that your restaurant is at the top of its game. You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.

You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
